Getting a drastic haircut is the quickest way to look completely different. If you want to disguise yourself, though, you're going to want to pick something that won't draw attention-a blue mohawk or a pink costume wig probably aren't the best choices.
Yes, so many players want this, and it really is a staple we should be able to take for granted in MMOs. Let's hope the developers implement it in a sensible way, for example:In-game changes (costing gold at an NPC):
- Change hair style/colour
- Change Facial hair style/colour
- Change jewellery/accessories
- Change face-paint.
Crown-store changes:
- Change all appearance options (basically all visual character creation options)
- Change race
- Change gender
- Change name
Basically if it's something we can get done to ourselves commonly in real-life, it should be able to be done similarly to our character in-game at an NPC.
It doesn't have to be either gold or crowns to pay for appearance changes. It can be both.
Just have a token of some kind available in the crown store that can be used to pay the NPC for the changes.
Although things like race and gender, which have more than a purely cosmetic impact, might still be best left as crown store only if offered at all, the rest (body shape, face shape, eye color, etc.) should be available outside the crown store. This way you provide the ability to change your appearance to everyone, yet still have revenue from those who prefer instant gratification.

Vampirism Stages information are covered in this page. Note that in Greymoor expansion, the vampirism mechanism is completely overhauled, see Vampire Skills for more information.
Vampirism Stages
Caprice 2015 car manual transmission. Side Effect All Stages:
- You can progress through four stages of vampirism, but there are various pros and cons for doing so. At each stage, the cost of your vampire abilities is reduced, initially starting at 6% (up to 24% reduced cost at stage 4). Health recovery is also reduced by 10% at the first stage (up to 100% slower at stage 4), and your weakness to flame damage is increased by 5% on the first stage with the maximum being 20%.Some of the disadvantages can be mitigated, such as with the passive skill Undeath, which reduces damage taken up to 30% based on your missing health. Additionally, some passives are unlocked only at higher stages.Feeding has changed with the Greymoor update. Feeding now advances your vampire stage instead of reducing it. The penalties mentioned above apply to this and feeding now instantly kills victims instead of stunning them. The action still requires sneaking, but at a further distance than before—around 10 feet. Vampire stages now recede with time so long as you don't feed. To feed, sneak up behind an enemy and use the command to feed. It takes 6 hours for your stage to reduce when you go without feeding. As of Update 26, stage 4 vampires will be refused by some vendors, with the notification saying, 'This citizen refuses to interact with monstrous vampires.' The Mesmerize skill can be used on these NPCs in order to talk to them. Note that you have to be directly in front of the NPC in order to mesmerize them successfully.
